Payment Policy

This policy explains how payments, delivery and refunds work for purchases from Final Exchange LLC. It is provided for transparency and is not legal advice.

1. Seller of record

All purchases made through our storefront are sold by Final Exchange LLC. Your receipt and any statement descriptor will reflect Final Exchange LLC or our payment processor.

2. Prices and currency

Prices are shown on each product page and are charged in the currency displayed at checkout, normally US dollars. Prices may change at any time, but the price shown at the moment you complete checkout is the price you pay.

3. Payment processing

Payments are processed by PayPal. We never see or store your full card number, bank details or PayPal credentials — the processor handles them under its own terms and security standards. We receive only the confirmation of payment, the buyer name and email, and the order amount.

4. Digital products and delivery

Our products are digital downloads. Once payment is confirmed you receive a download link on screen and by email. Links are tied to your order and may expire or be rate-limited to prevent sharing; if a link stops working before you have downloaded your purchase, contact us and we will issue a fresh one. Free products are delivered the same way without a charge.

5. Refunds

Because our products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final once the file has been downloaded. We will still make it right in these cases:

• You were charged more than once for the same order.

• The file is corrupt, incomplete or materially different from its description and we cannot fix it.

• You have not downloaded the product and request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days.

6. Chargebacks and disputes

Please contact policy@finalexchange.combefore opening a dispute — most issues are resolved the same day. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks that are inconsistent with this policy and to suspend access for accounts with fraudulent activity.

7. Taxes

Prices exclude any sales, use, VAT or GST that may apply. Where we are required to collect tax, it is added and shown at checkout. You are responsible for any other taxes arising from your purchase.

8. Recurring charges

If a product or plan is offered on a recurring basis, the billing period, amount and renewal date are shown before you subscribe. Recurring charges continue until cancelled; cancelling stops future charges and does not refund the current period unless required by law.

9. Failed or declined payments

If a payment fails or is reversed, the related order and any download access may be cancelled until payment is completed.
